Email Manager 6.3.3 is a service release.
We have made performance improvements to the list download functionality within Email Manager.
We have also resolved a single event view file creation issue where duplicates could be created and this caused issues when the files were loaded into Engine.

You upgrade will occur automatically next time you log into Email Manager following your data center upgrade.
Your client download URL is now in the format https://clientname.e.alterian.net
If you do not remember your account specific URL the Alterian Support team will be able to advise.

Using the AddRecipientToDeployment API it is possible to cause the Single Event View file creation process to create duplicate keys. These files when loaded into the Single Event View tables caused engine to error. This issue has been resolved. |
